Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No, and no lawyer or consultant honestly can. The decision belongs to the immigration officer. What we can do is tell you where your application is strong and where it is weak, and file it complete and correct.
Do I get the consultation fee back?
The $250 consultation fee is credited toward your fee when you retain us for a service. Sending your documents ahead of time lets us use the full 45 minutes on your options.
Why use a law firm instead of applying on my own?
Many people do apply on their own. A lawyer earns the fee when your history is complicated, when you have been refused before, or when a mistake would cost you months. If we think you do not need us, we will say so.
My application was refused. Is it too late?
Not always. Bring us the refusal letter and everything you submitted. Some options have short deadlines, so the sooner we see it, the more choices you have.
