Rajwinder Dhillon

Rajwinder Dhillon is a dual-qualified lawyer in India and Canada and the founder of Raj Dhillon & Associates – Lawyers & Notaries in Surrey, British Columbia.

She began her legal career as a Legal Assistant and later worked as a Paralegal, gaining valuable hands-on experience in legal procedures, document preparation, client communication, and file management. This practical foundation gave her a strong understanding of legal work from the ground up. Rajwinder became a lawyer in British Columbia in 2016 and established her own law firm in 2020.

Her practice

Today, her practice focuses on Immigration Law, Real Estate Conveyancing, Land Development, and Corporate & Business Law. She advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs, builders, developers, investors, and businesses on a wide range of legal matters.

Her real estate practice includes residential and commercial purchases, sales, refinances, and other conveyancing matters. She also works with builders, developers, and property owners on land development transactions, acquisitions, development-related agreements, project structuring, and financing-related matters.

In her corporate and business practice, Rajwinder assists clients with incorporations, business purchases and sales, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, and ongoing corporate matters.

Her immigration practice is focused on helping individuals, families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses navigate the Canadian immigration system with careful preparation, clear communication, and practical legal guidance.
